Tawassul

Yaa sayyid as-Saadaat wa Nuur al-Mawjuudaat, yaa man huwaal-malja’u liman massahu dhaymun wa ghammun wa alam.Yaa Aqrab al-wasaa’ili ila-Allahi ta’aalaa wa yaa Aqwal mustanad, attawasalu ilaa janaabika-l-a‘zham bi-hadzihi-s-saadaati, wa ahlillaah, wa Ahli Baytika-l-Kiraam, li daf’i dhurrin laa yudfa’u illaa bi wasithatik, wa raf’i dhaymin laa yurfa’u illaa bi-dalaalatik, bi Sayyidii wa Mawlay, yaa Sayyidi, yaa Rasuulallaah:

(1) Nabi Muhammad ibn Abd Allah Salla Allahu ’alayhi wa alihi wa sallam
(2) Abu Bakr as-Siddiq radiya-l-Lahu ’anh

Amratelakaken lampah pangluluhaning raga supados yen kita pejah, badan kita wadhag saged nunggil kaliyan badan kita ingkang alus, kasebut badan rohani utawi badan suksma. Menggah janjinipun, badhan wadhag lan alus punika boten kenging pisah, sangkan paranipun anunggil kahanan jati.


Ing tembe badahn wadag punika luluh sampurna wonten salebeting badan alus, kalimputan dening kayu dhahim, tegesipun: gesang kang tetep dumunung ing kahanan kita pribadi, mila dipun pralambangi Warangka Manjing Curiga (badan wadhag dumunung salebeting badhan alus). Nalika badhan wadhag taksih dados embananing badan alus, pralambangipun Curiga Manjing Warangka (badan alus teksih dumunung wonten badan wadag). Mila lajeng wonten andhah-andhahing babasan makaten:

* Jasad embaning budi.
* Budi embaning nafsu.
* Nafsu embaning karsa
* Karsa embaning suksma.
* Suksma embaning rasa.
* Rasa embaning cipta
* Cipta embaning kawasa.
* Kawasa embaning wisesa.

Wondene pangluluhaning badan wadhag wau kalampahanipun kedah ameper saliring hawa nafsu sarta anglampahana budi: rila, legawa, trima, temen bener, susila lan utami. Punapa dene tansah anyipta ajal antukna makaten:

* Jasad bumi alam kabeh sumusupa marang badan.
* Badan sumusupa marang budi.
* Nafsu sumusupa marang nyawa.
* Nyawa sumusupa marang rasa.
* Rasa sumusupa marang cahya.
* Cahya sumusupa marang atma.
* Atma sumusupa marang ingsun.
* Ingsun jumeneng pribadi.

Kajawi punika kedah nyegah lampah pitung prakawis, kados ta:

* Sampun caroba, nanging kedah taberi sesuci.
* Sampun anguja dhahar, nanging dhahara yen sampun luwe.
* Sampun angembong unjukan, nanging ngunjuka manawi sampun ngelak.
* Sampun karem nendra, nanging tilema manawi sampun arip.
* Sampun receh ing wicara, nanging ngendika'a janji angen wahyaning mangsakala.
* Sampun anguja karesmen, nanging sanggama'a manawi sampun kangen sanget.
* Sampun tansah ambibingah penggalih, sanayan kasukan inggih angger boten tilar ing dugi prayogi, muhung angladosi angarah suka pinarenganing para mitra.

Makaten ugi ing ngagesang sampun ngantos kasandhangan pangrencana wolung prakawis:

* Angumbar hawa nafsu.
* Anguja suka-suka.
* Dora paracidra tindak panganiaya.
* Ulah resah.
* Lampah nistha.
* Tingkah deksura.
* Kesed sungkanan sabarang karya.
* Lumuh nastapa pujabrata.

Mila makaten margi kalakuaning ngagesang punika kados kumandhang upaminipun, punapa pandamel ingkang katandukaken ing liyan sayekti badhe tumempuh dhateng badanipun piyambak. Sayoginipun tiyang gesang kedah anglampahana tapa brata kados ing ngandhap punika:
Tapaning badan: kedah anoraga lan taberi ulah pandamel sae.

* Tapaning manah: narima lan sepen pangangsa-angsa gunging pakarti durhaka.
* Tapaning nafsu: rila lan sabar ing coba bilahi sarta ngapuntenana kalepataning liyan.
* Tapaning suksma: temen lan boten dhaweh panasten.
* Tapaning rasa: rereh sabaring karsa miwah agung ing panalangsa.
* Tapaning cahya: eneng-ening tegesipun eneng santosaning pangesti, ening pelenging paningal. Tapaning gesang: awas sarta emut.

Utaminipun anglampahana saungeling babasan kados ing ngandhap punika:

* Katimbang turu, becik tangi.
* Katimbang tangi, becik melek.
* Katimbang melek, becik lungguh.
* Katimbang lungguh, becik ngadeg.
* Katimbang ngadeg, becik lumaku.

Wondene prayoginipun sadaya lampah punika den saged anyamun, sampun ngantos kawistara, sarta tansah prayitna ing gesangipun, sarana amatrapna makaten:

* Solahbawa den angkah-angkah.
* Wedaling wicara den irih-irih.
* Pasanging ulat den amanis

Inggih makaten punika sajatining tata krami, dene sampurnaning lampah wau, empanipun animbanga ing empan papan, patrapipun sampun tilar ing dugi prayogi.
