Ten sins are forgiven
Ten virtues are written for the reciter
The rank  is raised in Paradise
The reciter is protected from Hypocrisy (Nifaaq)
Causes of Light at thr Bridge of Siraat
Saved from distress and calamities on the Day of Qiyamah
Granted Shade under the Arsh of Allah Ta'ala
Closeness to RasulAllah on the Day of Qiyamah
Purifies the heart and removes the rust of sin
illuminates the heart
Grants safety on the Day of Qayimah
It is one of the most blessed of Deeds
Ten Mercies will be bestowed upon the reciter
Purifies one deeds
Shafa'at of RasulAllah on the Day of Qiyamah
One will be present at the Haud-e-Kauthar
Excellence and Beauty at Meetings
Gets rid of poverty and hardship
Alaah Ta'ala, His Angels and RasulAllah also send blessings into the reciter
It is a sure and certain worship of Allah Ta'ala
It is of benefit in this world and the Hereafter
It creates love for the reciter in the hearts of other persons
The reciter is safe from backbiters

 

O Sustainer, shower salaat and salaam forever and ever upon Your beloved, who is the best of all creation.

has said : "The one who recites this Durood a thousand times on a Friday will not leave this world, till he sees his abode in Jannah

Hazrat Abu Hurairah R. A. reports: "The person who recites this eighty times on Friday after Asr Namaaz, before standing up from his place, eighty years of his sins forgiven by Allah, and eighty years of worship be written for him

It is related from Hazrat Ibn Abi Aasiem R. A. that Rasulullah said : "Whoever recites this Durood every Friday 7 times for 7 Fridays my intercession will become Waajib for him"

Durood during the blessed month of Ramadaan

At the end of Sha'baan Nabi

, in a long Hadith, addressed the Sahaba Radiyallahu Anhum on many advises
regarding the blessed month of Ramadhaan. One of them is as follows: " ...
And in this month there are four things you should
continue to perform in great number, two of which shall please your
Lord,while the other two shall be those which you cannot do without. Those
which shall be to please your Lord are to excessively recite the Shahaadah 'Laa
ilaaha illallah' and to seek much
Istigfaar. The two
you cannot do without are that you should beg Allah Ta'ala entrance into
Jannah and seek refuge from Jahannam. Durood (salawaat) is such a
devotion that is never rejected by Allah Ta'ala no matter how how
unmindfully it is recited. Therefore recite the following two Duroods (salawaat)
excessively during the blessed month of Ramadhaan. It also contains the four
Zikrs that have been mentioned in the above Hadith and much more.

 

Whoever recites this once 70 angels will keep writing good deeds for him for a thousand days
